Domenichelli & Associates (D&A) was established in May of 2002 by President Joseph Domenichelli.  Mr. Domenichelli has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer with an emphasis on water resources projects.  While with D&A and at other consulting firms, he has provided a variety of services from master planning of water, wastewater, and drainage systems for entire communities, to the design and construction management of municipal improvement facilities such as pipelines, pump stations, and levee and stream restorations.

Since May 2002, Domenichelli and Associates have provided design of several water pumping and conveyance systems including: raw water, treated water and wastewater pump stations for Sacramento County and Calaveras County Water District and design of two miles of raw water pipeline for Calaveras County Water District.  D&A has also provided design and construction services for a storm drain pump station and detention basin in the Town of Yountville, design review and construction services on two storm drain pump stations for Sacramento County and design improvements for a pump station and wastewater treatment plant at Rancho Murieta.
