Experience

Mr. Heigher has 28 years of experience in the design of lift stations, pump stations, and structural design of water related structures. In addition he has experience with cost estimating, construction observation, and shop drawing review. He has served as project engineer for the design of water and wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater gravity pipelines and forcemains and pump stations. His experience includes pump and equipment selection, facility layout, site layout, analysis of existing structures, design of new structures (including reinforced concrete, steel, aluminum, fiberglass and timber) and data analysis.

State of California, Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, Disaster Service Worker Courses taken to prepare for emergency safety evaluation of structures after a disaster.
