Storm Water Construction Discharge Permit:

D&A has extensive experience in obtaining storm water construction discharge permits and preparing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and submitting Notice of Intent (NOI), Annual Reports, and Notice of Termination (NOT) through the new Storm Water Multiple Application and Reporting System (SMARTS) website. D&A has CASQA certified Qualified SWPPP Developers (QSD) and Practitioners (QSP) and are up to date with recent changes to the Storm Water Discharge Permit.
