Services: Construction Management
D&A has provided construction management services on a majority of our design projects as well as for projects designed by others. Our services have ranged from simple services during construction to full construction management including inspection and testing services. D&A has a clear understanding of the process and manpower required to manage the construction of water, sewer and drainage facilities for local communities. We have a strong feel for construction challenges such as utility conflicts, maintenance of existing facilities during construction, access and traffic control. We are also sensitive to the level of public awareness and involvement required for improvement projects.
