Experience and Background

Ms. Rogers’ has been with Domenichelli and Associates since the beginning and has more than 13-years of experience including water/wastewater systems, agricultural, and water resources engineering. Ms. Rogers’ has extensive experience in pipeline design (water and wastewater), pump station design, and hydraulic structure design throughout Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and San Joaquin Counties.  Her experience also includes hydrologic and hydraulic studies including FEMA studies and preparation of CLOMRs and LOMRs.

Ms. Rogers construction management experience includes over 40,000 feet of pipeline replacement in Sacramento County, a potable water well site pump station construction and treatment upgrades and pipeline installation in Calaveras County.

Additionally, she has extensive experience in permitting including stormwater plan development for Risk Levels 1 and 2 and LUP Types 1 and 2.  She has developed over 30 SWPPP’s under the new construction general permit requirements, including reporting using the SMARTS System.
